As a consultant and leadership coach, I am convinced that work can be fun! My passion is to support leaders in leading their teams with clarity, purpose and trust. Doing that, I focus on the strengths that every individual has. I love pragmatism and try not to take myself too seriously.

My experience is based on leadership positions in Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics – highly complex industries, in which clarity is an important success factor. Being one of the only female leaders at the time, getting in touch with my unique style of leading was important to reach my goals.

I have led change transformations in Europe, Africa, Asia and North-America and enjoy working in diverse cultural settings. Besides German and English, I also work in French.

Hi, I'm ELIAS.

My belief is that successful communication requires confidence in one’s own individuality. Therefore, I don’t believe in quick fixes, golden rules, or rehearsed behaviors – companies, leaders, and teams need personalized solutions.

I help leaders find their own style in both internal and external appearances – authentic, approachable, and assertive at the same time. With teams and companies, I explore what is needed for a trusting, productive, and appreciative collaboration.

My experience is based on my PhD in the field of strategic communication and cognitive psychology. I have had the privilege of training over 200 leaders in internationally renowned companies and law firms, including Lufthansa, Telekom, Universal Music, and White & Case.

Additionally, I love intercultural collaboration and have supported companies in Europe and North and West Africa. I work in German, English, and French.
